📋 Job Overview

The Sr. Partner Solutions Architect, LATAM at Atlassian will focus on growing and accelerating the service management partner ecosystem. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop enablement strategy to grow and accelerate the Service Management partner ecosystem
  • Contribute to the development and expansion of ITSM/ESM practices through building collateral such as ESM solutions, blueprints, and reference architecture
  • Support ITSM channel partners through various stages of a Deal Cycle from sourcing deals, pre-sales to post-sales
  • Develop compelling account strategies with Channel teams to drive Jira Service Management within the partner community
  • Contribute to the evolution of practices through resource sharing and feedback loops
  • Partner with product management to identify areas of opportunity for Atlassian's product line
