Associate Director, Software Engineering (Python - Full stack), DevOps & Data Engineering

We are looking for an accomplished and visionary professional for the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering (Python - Full stack), DevOps & Data Engineering to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge software solutions. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires the fine balance of supervising and leading people while providing significant technical contributions to the projects you will be responsible for. As a key technical leader, you will leverage your expertise in full-stack development, DevOps best practices, Data analysis, AI/ML and Generative AI to lead your team in creating scalable, reliable, and efficient systems.
This role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on contributor who can work across multiple teams, drive innovation, and ensure technical excellence. You will be instrumental in shaping the technical roadmap, mentoring teams, and delivering transformative solutions that align with business objectives.
