We are seeking a dynamic analytics leader to drive our broadband customer retention strategy through innovative data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. In this strategic role, you will shape the analytics vision supporting broadband product initiatives, with a core focus on reducing churn and maximizing customer lifetime value.

You will lead the development of advanced analytics models to identify churn risk, uncover customer motivations, and recommend actionable retention strategies. Partnering closely with commercialization, marketing, product management, customer experience, and operations, you will ensure analytics priorities are tightly aligned with business goals. Your expertise will guide campaign evaluation, pricing, and the design of personalized retention initiatives using segmentation and advanced methods such as A/B testing and causal inference.

As a team leader, you will manage and develop a high-performing group of analysts, overseeing resource allocation, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement. You will champion the adoption of cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and automation tools to enhance analytics capabilities, while ensuring robust data governance and scalable infrastructure. Staying ahead of industry trends and emerging methodologies, you will foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement to drive superior retention outcomes and maintain our competitive edge in the broadband market. In the role, you will direct and lead a large team of professionals who strategically analyze data from diverse sources using advanced predictive modeling, statistics, and trend analysis, thereby driving informed decision-making and optimizing business performance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Interpretation: Gather, analyze, and interpret diverse data sets to solve a variety of business problems, predict behaviors, and identify causal relationships, trigger points, and predictions. Well-versed with Relational (Ex- Oracle or MySQL) and/or Data Warehouse data storage (Ex- Snowflake or Databricks Delta Lake).
Statistical Methods and Decision Support: Apply a range of advanced statistical methods to quantify data variances and uses traditional modeling techniques to support decision-making. Most common tools are Tableau, PowerBI (AI Insights), Databricks, AWS Azure, Synapse, H2O Driverless AI, etc.
Business Case Development and Analytics Tools: Develop business cases and create complex models utilizing big data analytics tools (Ex- Tableau, Power BI AI Insights, Databricks) for modeling and process integration, and to make recommendations for improvements to processes, financials, business models, etc. Build and test predictive models on various data samples and verifies their accuracy in real-world scenarios (Ex- Linear/Logistic Regression, Time Series).
Reporting and Business Insights: Develop visualizations such as dashboards, reports and charts, and advise business partners on data patterns and relationships to recommend strategic directions. Advise business partners with regard to patterns and relationships in data to recommend business direction or outcomes.

Job Contribution: Designs and executes strategies that support the overarching philosophy of the organization. Oversees departmental programs and is often hands-on with the design and implementation of applicable strategies. Typically leads large teams, supervising supervisors as well as career-level staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.

Education/Experience: Master's degree (MS/MA) desired from an accredited University in a Quantitative field of study such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering or Physics. 10+ years of related experience.
