As a Principal Tech Product Manager, you will define and drive the technical product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with market demands, and delivering customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives.

What you’ll do

Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Technical Product Vision and Strategy: Develop product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration: Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.

  • Product Development and Requirements Management: Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support trade-off discussions and negotiations.

  • Customer-Centric Product Management: Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.

  • Sprint Planning and Subject Matter Expertise: Participate in sprint planning, support feature refinement, and act as a subject matter expert within the organization for assigned products or product lines.

What you’ll need

  • Master's degree (MS/MA) desired in Computer Science.

  • 7+ years of related experience.

  • Certification is required in some areas.
