RIS I is the delivery of regional IT services to the end user. We offer support for end user devices including desktop, workplace peripherals, and voice and video devices. We support local and campus area networks, including wireless and cable plant.

AT&T has an opening for a Supply Chain Assurance Senior Specialist: To ensure efficiency, accountability, and accuracy of supply chain operations across procurement, logistics, and inventory management. This position requires a strong background in supply chain processes. This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and task-oriented Supply Chain Assurance Senior Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills. This role involves working collaboratively with a team to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of supply chain operations while maintaining high standards of accountability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and maintain data for analysis to support supply chain optimization.
  • Work with a team to audit locations, identify discrepancies, and adjust inventory in real time.
  • Analyze, model, and optimize logistics capabilities using advanced software, including site location, resource allocation, inventory placement, transportation mode selection, freight consolidation, and other logistics strategies.
  • Assist in the development of internal analysis tools to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences, including customers, vendors, organizational leaders, team partners, and other staff members.
  • Provide clear and professional communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions, both one-on-one and in group settings.
  • Manage and oversee supply chain processes, including ordering, processing, shipping, receiving, packaging, material handling, property accountability, and discharge of excess property.

Required Clearance: Clearable. Able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph. (#clearable) (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven professional experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to model and optimize logistics capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, task-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using advanced software tools for logistics and inventory management.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and preferably have experience with MS Project. Must have experience with large-scale enterprise IT contracts.
  • In order to be considered for this position, you must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and implementing internal analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with auditing processes and real-time inventory adjustments.
