- Draft and negotiate product-related agreements, including licensing and partnerships

- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to mitigate IP and regulatory issues
- Support litigation and dispute resolution involving product matters
ā Required Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience in product counseling, preferably in technology or software industry
- Strong understanding of intellectual property law, including patents, copyrights, and trademarks
