The Director of User Experience for the AEC Platform Data leads the UX strategy and team to enhance data-centric experiences in Autodesk's Architecture, Engineering, and Construction platform. This role focuses on designing intuitive interfaces for complex data workflows to drive user adoption and innovation. Reporting to senior leadership, the director collaborates across product, engineering, and design teams to deliver seamless, data-driven solutions for AEC professionals.

- Define and execute the UX vision for the AEC Platform Data, aligning with business goals
- Lead a team of UX designers, researchers, and writers to deliver high-quality experiences
- Conduct user research and testing to inform data platform features and usability improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate UX into the development lifecycle
- Champion accessibility, inclusivity, and data privacy in all design decisions
- Measure and report on UX metrics to drive continuous improvement

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in UX design or product design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
