  • Design and deliver enablement programs for new business models and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify training needs
  • Create and manage content, including workshops, e-learning modules, and playbooks
  • Measure program effectiveness through metrics like adoption rates and performance impact
  • Support regional teams in Costa Rica and Latin America with localized enablement initiatives
