- Develop and maintain the incident response playbook and procedures
- Lead and coordinate security incident response activities, including triage and escalation
- Conduct post-incident reviews and implement lessons learned to improve processes
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, and executive teams during major incidents
- Train and mentor security team members on response protocols
- Monitor emerging threats and update response strategies accordingly
