- Supporting Automation Projects: Assist engineers in the , programming, and testing of automation solutions using industry-standard platforms.
- Mastering Industrial Software: Learn and apply practical knowledge of Siemens-specific tools (such as TIA Portal) for PLC, HMI, and SCADA configurations.
- Executing Technical Tasks: Perform assigned engineering operations and measures, ensuring accuracy in technical documentation and system layouts.
- Assisting in System Commissioning: Support qualified staff during site surveys and system testing, gaining exposure to real-world factory environments.
- Developing Technical Documentation: Create and maintain wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and project reports to ensure high-quality delivery standards.
- Collaborating Across Disciplines: Work within a cross-functional team to understand how electrical, mechanical, and software components integrate into a unified system.
Your defining qualities:
- Academic Pursuit: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering (or a related field).
- Foundational Technical Knowledge: A strong interest in PLC programming, robotics, or industrial networking developed through coursework or personal projects.
- Analytical Troubleshooting: A natural problem-solving orientation with the ability to research technical solutions and apply logical thinking to complex tasks.
- Software Familiarity: Basic experience with CAD software or programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, or Structured Text) is an advantage.
- Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a good command of English, enabling clear reporting and effective teamwork.
- Growth Mindset: A proactive learner who is self-motivated and adaptive to change, with an eagerness to acquire practical industry know-how
