Position Summary

We are seeking a talented Automatyk (Automation Technician) to join our team in Kutno, Poland. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our advanced packaging machinery through preventive maintenance, PLC programming, and rapid fault resolution. This full-time position offers stable employment under a work contract, comprehensive training, and real opportunities for career advancement in a 4-shift system. Key Responsibilities

• Execute production schedules, conduct machine inspections, and actively participate in preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Analyze and modify PLC control programs to optimize machine performance.
• Contribute to implementation and improvement projects enhancing operational efficiency.
• Detect, diagnose, and eliminate machine faults and breakdowns swiftly.
• Perform equipment exchanges and machine reconfigurations as needed.
• Interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Required Qualifications

• Secondary technical education (higher technical education is a plus).
• Proven experience in a similar automation technician role.
• High motivation, engagement, and readiness to work in a 4-shift rotation.
• Basic knowledge of English for technical documentation and communication.
• Familiarity with PLC controllers (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley); knowledge of servomotors is highly advantageous.
