Support fleet team executing all purchases and sales vehicles, for life time cycle, store opennings or staffin model. Realize all vehicles formalities with goverment to ensure that all vehicles can operate fully 100% and be on charge of fleet data base for all registers and modifications.
 

Responsibilities

• Execute purchases of new vehicles required for all AutoZone Mexico Fleet (about 800 per FY). Negotiate the price and supply of vehicles with cars dealers.
• Calculate the price and execute all vehicles sales after life cycle or total loss, to ensure that every transacction accomplish the salvage value and avoid to have cars with no use.
• Execute all vehicles formalities with goverment, like new vehicles registration, saled vehicles unsuscribes, plates and vehicles ID cards replacement and registration annual renewal, to ensure that all vehicles can operate fully 100%.
• Asigne and control all vehicules complements, like gas card, GPS and stickers
• Control and design of fleet data base. Continuisly refresh every add, delete or change on vehicles info to ensure to have the correct information of the fleet to analisys and desitions.
   

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
• Bussines and Management
• Two to three years.
• Negotiations with vendors and administrative activities that include data management
• Microsoft Office, strong in Microsoft Excel.
