Job Description

Primary sales contact for assigned area/customer base. Performs weekly sales calls on commercial customers. Works to increase sales through building strong business relationships. Establishes and maintains inventory in accounts that benefit from program. Discusses and sells sales specials and flyer offerings. Liaison between customer and store team. Ensures complete customer satisfaction. Monitors profitability by utilizing reports. Spends at least 80% of the workday away from AutoZone property performing sales duties. Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

•    Prospecting of new accounts for all types of commercial customers. 
•    To capture, maintain and recover clients, managing to provoke sales by means of their physical visits to workshops and companies.
•    Use the sales tools provided by the management, attending to the different approaches according to the annual plan.
•    To know the situation of the market, by means of gathering information in field with clients and competitors, to be responsible of a category.
•    To train new members of the commercial field team and to manage commercial strategies with the operation
 

Qualifications

•    A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses.
•    nan
•    Three to five years.
•    Automotive sales experience, outside sales preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal relations skills required.
•    Automotive and/or mechanic
•    technical clinics, sales technique seminars, college degree

  • Previous supervisory role in multi-store operations (experience)
  • Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems) (experience)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for territory teams
  • Assess training needs and performance gaps across stores
  • Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on sales and operations
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to align training with business goals
  • Track and report on training ROI and employee development metrics
  • Mentor store managers on coaching and development techniques
