Job Description

Realizar atendimentos comerciais via WhatsApp e telefone, prestando suporte ao cliente durante todo o processo de venda.
Efetuar o fechamento de vendas com foco em conversão e satisfação do cliente.
Realizar vendas ativas, entrando em contato com clientes da carteira e da base RAC (Recuperação de Ativos de Clientes), promovendo produtos e serviços.
Manter relacionamento contínuo com os clientes, identificando oportunidades de recompra e fidelização.
Gerenciar o caixa da unidade, incluindo abertura, fechamento e controle de valores recebidos.
Garantir a correta movimentação financeira, zelando pela segurança e integridade dos recursos.
Registrar informações de vendas e atendimentos em sistemas internos, assegurando a atualização e organização dos dados.
Colaborar com a equipe comercial para o alcance de metas e indicadores de desempenho

Qualifications

Educação formal:  Ensino médio completo
Experiência: De um a 3 anos de experiência em atividades correlatas.
Conhecimentos específicos:  Pacote office, Atendimento ao cliente PJ no varejo, produtos automotivos.
