Description

As an Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our commercial success in the West of France. This is an entrepreneurial position where your ability to blend strategic vision with operational excellence will directly impact our market growth. You will be responsible for navigating the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying untapped opportunities to nurturing high-value partnerships. By acting as a strategic consultant for our clients, you will ensure that Avery Dennison remains their partner of choice for innovative solutions, contributing to a better, more connected future. This is a fully remote role, offering you the autonomy to manage your territory while being supported by a global leader in materials science.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales strategically and operationally within an entrepreneurial framework, focusing on both acquiring new business and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Manage and close the entire sales process by coordinating with internal stakeholders, including Customer Service and IT, to achieve defined financial objectives.

  • Execute targeted market research and analysis to identify and engage key companies within the laundry sector, specifically across the North-West France region.

  • Proactively monitor market developments and industry trends to strategically expand the customer base and remain at the forefront of market shifts.

  • Maintain a high degree of independence in this fully remote capacity, with the flexibility to commit to frequent business travel (approximately 50-60%) across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred), with a valid driving license and full business fluency in both French and English.

  • Demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, or account management, with a proven "hunter" mentality and the eagerness to grow existing accounts.
