Shift & Compensation
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (4-day work week! Enjoy 3 days off).

Your Impact (Essential Duties)
Precision Machining: Set up and operate CNC Lathes and Vertical Machining Centers to create complex, high-tolerance parts.
Technical Troubleshooting: Use machine manuals, meters, and your own diagnostic skills to identify and fix issues.
Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret complex blueprints to manufacture profiles involving radiuses, angles, and varied tangent points.
Continuous Improvement: Perform light maintenance and cleaning on your equipment to ensure peak performance and a safe environment.
Collaboration: Support plant-wide facility projects and assist team members across the shop as needed.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
Education: High School Diploma/GED required. A Technical Certificate or Associate’s Degree in CNC Machining is highly preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on CNC experience or equivalent training.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and hand/power tools.
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
The "Plus" Factor: Familiarity or working knowledge of G-code is a significant advantage.
Physical Readiness: Ability to stand for 75% of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a loud manufacturing environment with appropriate PPE.
