ABOUT YOUR ROLE职位描述:

跟进处理客户订单并为客户提供优质服务。

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE工作职责:

1． 执行公司客户服务流程，受理订单，检查订单执行情况，促进订单履行的及时性及准确性并符合客人要求；
2． 通过电话、电邮、传真等，及时受理及跟进客户的咨询，建议及意见等；
3． 遵循公司的流程及服务标准，及时受理及跟进客户投诉；
4.   通过日常工作与客建立良好的合作关系，主动分析潜在销售机会，促成更多订单成交以及积极配合主管完成团队的销售目标。
5．跨部门团队合作，推动订单及项目执行；
6．积极参与公司各类型改善项目；
7．参与及提供对新员工的教导、培训；
8．服从管理人员安排及上司安排的其它工作。

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU职位要求:
1． 大专或以上学历，及2年以上相关行业（跟单、客户服务等）工作经验；
2． 英语听说读写熟练，熟悉电脑操作，Windows操作系统及Windows办公软件（ Word, Excel等）；
3． 以客户为导向，为关注客户需求，良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心；
4． 良好的表达能力和沟通能力；
5． 有一定的应变能力、协调能力、问题处理能力及危机意识, 能独立处理紧急问题/事件；
6． 工作积极主动；
7． 有一定分析问题能力；
8． 具有辅导/培训新员工经验者优先。
