ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

This full-time internship is flexible in duration (2 to 6 months), depending on your availability, and includes a monthly allowance according to company policy.. 

You will work on projects to further improve the environment, health and safety program in your location. During the tenure, you will be expected to physically be on site, plan improvement projects and implement them while at the same time learning and gaining experience about practical industrial applications of EHS and working in a corporate setting.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Performing situational analysis and determining areas for improvement on certain aspects of EHS such as culture shift, awareness, chemical management, ergonomics, noise reduction etc.  
  • Project planning, stakeholder engagement and execution of the project(s) 
  • Work closely with the EHS Executive and operations team to solve the assigned project
  • Present the project outcome to the senior leadership team in a concise manner depicting overall project delivery and how it helped his/her professional growth

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate candidates pursuing academic background of Occupational Health & Safety, or Health, Safety & Environment, Environmental and Occupational Health
  • Strong academic record (preferably CGPA 3.5 or higher)
  • Can commit to work full-time during the internship durations
  • Good communication skills (both verbal as well as written)
  • Good English (full proficiency) 
  • Strong analytical / problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills/stakeholder management
