Description

A. Learning & Program Management

- Needs Assessment: Conduct Training Needs Identification/Analyses (TNI/A) & feedback sessions across south-Asia region to identify critical skill or knowledge gaps linked to business goals that need to be addressed.

- Design & Development: Coordination and execution of overall L&OD learning strategy including the budgeting and planning of learning programs across the calendar year.

- Program Ownership: Take ownership of calendar learning programs ensuring successful execution, relevance, and alignment with learning strategy.

- Content Curation & Faciliation: Manage to create content for internal learning programs & good facilitation skills to deliver the local & regional training programs

- Promotion Material: Create internal engaging promotion materials using canva or other software to announce training programs and details.

- Coordinate with country HRBPs for learning budget for the countries, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising the quality of learning programs.

Culture & Engagement: Champion initiatives aimed at fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth mindset, inclusion, and high performance.

B. Stakeholder Management:

- First point of contact for all employees on all matters related to employee learning & career development opportunities.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and learning partners, ensuring high-quality delivery within budget. Also, tack budgets and prepare \contracts & negotiate with learning partners.

- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, resourcing, execution, and evaluation of capability building programs and learning initiatives.

- Be responsible for other ad hoc tasks assigned by direct manager.

C. Measurement & Reporting

- Evaluation: Establish robust evaluation strategies (e.g., Kirkpatrick's Four Levels) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of L&OD programs.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports and insights on learning metrics, program attendance, engagement, and impact to regional L&OD Lead.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve/ innovate training programs and develop team capabilities.

D. Project Management:

- Design and deliver impactful training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives that address identified needs and support employee growth and development.

- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, resourcing, execution, and evaluation of learning programs and learning initiatives.

- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and outcomes to relevant stakeholders, and regional L&OD lead. - Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple, L&OD projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource utilization.

Qualifications

- 8+ years experience in learning and organizational development, Manufacturing working experience preferred; - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

- Good verbal & written communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence & work effectively in a matrix-based organization with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent presentation and facilitation skills;

- Independent, energetic and self-motivated; - Able to effectively interface with people at all levels; - Strong attention to accuracy and detail;

- Capable problem solver;

- Committed to continuous quality improvement;

- Good Planning skills & ready to work in different time zones as the role require to execute across countries in South-Asia region
