PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ABOUT YOUR ROLE: 

Responsible for all Day to day activities of Order  Management,Order Follow up,Status update on daily basis and other department related activities but not limited to the following:

1. Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products

2. Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay

3. Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. 

4. Capacity planning for one or multiple product line .Validate demand vs capacity gaps and take actions to fill the gap

5. Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget

6. Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption

7. Collaborate with Production,Material Planning,Quality control, warehouse and other staff.

8. Team Work -work closely with production and customer service on order management and coordinate effectively to avoid any delay

• Work under minimum or no supervision with best results and set KPI Targets

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

1. Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Pre Production Planning and Manufacturing of products 

EDUCATION:

B Tech,Graduation/Diploma with 3-4 year of experience in supply chain Planning ,pre production planning .

1. Knowledge of Manufacturing ,Printing industry background will be an advantage.

2. Must be fluent in English and local languages.Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication skills.

3. Understanding of supply chain ,manufacturing & Order management.

4. Knowledge of BOM,ROUTING is mandatory. 

5. Should be good in E-mail communication with internal and external customers and suppliers.

6. Excellent in Excel and Macro and software knowledge will be an added advantage.

7. Should be a quick learner with ability to learn new things quickly and should be ready to accept changes as and when required.

8. Should have the ability to work with a team, have time management and organizational skills.

9. Should be result & detailed oriented and have immaculate credentials on honesty & integrity.

10. Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimum supervision in the fast paced manufacturing environment.
