Description

• Check and execute under the statistical process applying to each type of products when manufacturing.
• Ensure the sufficiency and accuracy on report.
• Check visual all of the label, PO #, SO # and technical detects on the products and advise Supervisor, Team Leader, Operators, limit the detects and improve the production process.
• Recording inspection results by completing reports at the end of shift, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database.
• Accepting or rejecting finished items, refer SOP/Tolerance/Approved Card.
• Reject and record all products and materials that fail to meet specifications by NCR or CAR.
• Reporting inspection and testing data.
• Training the production team or new QC Operator on quality control measures to improve product excellence.
• Support QC Team Leaders verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly and keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements.
• Consult for the RSL (restricted substances list) and handle the RSL testing including: Oeko-tex, RB RSL, etc.
• Coordinate with other department for the payment process after testing/audit
• Working with global team to deploy the global product compliance project
• Others Tasks as supervisor required.

Qualifications

• Vocational, College's Degree or related
• 0-1 year of experience in related field
• Must have good vision, manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination
• Skilled in basic math skills and legible handwriting
• Must be able to follow verbal and written assembly instructions
