Avery Dennison is seeking an experienced FP&A Analyst to join the Regional Finance Team on a 15-month contract (Maternity Cover). The role will provide financial planning, reporting, and analytical support across multiple sites, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Month-End Reporting – Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, variance analysis, and insights on key performance drivers.
  • Business Partnering – Engage with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and HR teams to support decision-making.
  • Performance Reviews – Assess site-level performance, highlight risks/opportunities, and engage sites on variance analysis.
  • Planning & Forecasting – Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and rolling outlooks, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • FP&A Support – Build financial models, conduct scenario analysis, and provide ad-hoc decision support.
  • Process Improvement – Contribute to efficiency in reporting, forecasting, and planning processes.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English
  • CA / ACCA / CPA / CFA qualified with 4+ years of post-qualification experience.
  • Prior FP&A experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Strong financial analysis, modeling, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Oracle, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
