Primary Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

• Guide and support the Plant Technical Services team 

• Support the development and training of the Plant Technical Services team

• Ensure good communication flow towards internal and external customers and stakeholders

• Improve, support KPI management

• Responsible for OGSM projects in the technical stream Plant Technical Services (Utilities, Facilities, Energy)

• Back up team members if required to maximize the team performance

• Utility / Facility responsibilities:

  • Buildings & technical Utility installations (electrical, gas, compressed air, cooling, heating, HVAC, lighting, steam, thermal oil industrial gasses)

  • Budget control

  • Contractor control

  • All in around above below buildings

  • NO production machines 

  • Janitorial services, gardening, water

  • Utilities via Equans (split at machinery fence)

  • Soft & hard facilities

Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor or Master

• 5+ years of experience in a Plant Technical Services environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.

• Personal skills: Leader, autonomous, team player, decision taker, accurate , pro-active, professional, communicative

• Problem solving, decision analysis, and situation appraisal skills are required

• Ability to influence others and work across functions.

• Approachable, effective in giving/receiving feedback.

• Ability to work under general direction.

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
