Act as a trusted advisor in top-to-top (T2T) dialogues, deepening partnerships with key stakeholders.

Commercial & Financial Excellence

Collaborate with Finance to create robust revenue models and performance frameworks. Work with Global Capability Centres (GCC) for proactive reporting and agile course corrections. Leverage global scale to gain competitive edges in the UK market.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead and inspire a high-performing team of three, setting a clear vision and empowering them to exceed targets. Champion excellence across consortia in Education, Healthcare, and Defence sectors, such as NHS, TUCO, HCA, and LACA. Foster future leaders through coaching and mentorship.

Customer Engagement & Innovation

Elevate relationships through World Class Customer Engagement (WCCE). Balance operational execution with visionary planning, shaping portfolio and route-to-market strategies in partnership with RTM teams.
