About the job

 

Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

  • Solution Identification: Lead selection process with GDAI Business Innovation team and involved entities to select the most scalable solution from a business and tech standpoints
  • Solution Design & Framework: Define and communicate the solution scaling methodology, including buy vs. build decisions, and standardize architectural frameworks for AI assets.
  • Scalable Asset Oversight: Coordinate the design of global data, deployment, and integration architecture, ensuring solutions are adaptable across markets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate intensively with global/local architects, product owners, engineering teams, and business units. Engage actively with the Head of Integration and project streams to align solutions.
  • Technology Evaluation: Stay current with emerging AI and cloud tech, providing strong recommendations on design choices and strategic technology adoption.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Participate in governance forums, steering committees, and architecture review boards to ensure compliance, consistency, and best practices.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Ensure clear documentation of architectures, decisions, and guidelines to facilitate onboarding and knowledge transfer.

 

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

 

Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related; Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • 10+ years in enterprise or solution architecture, ideally in AI, cloud, or insurance sectors.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and business leaders, to drive alignment and consensus. 

 

Technical skills

  • Expertise in designing scalable, flexible AI solutions and platforms, with a focus on functional requirements, solution frameworks, and architectural standards
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and data governance.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies;
  • Multilingual skills (English, French, Spanish) are a plus.

 

Soft skills / transversal skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.

120,000 - 180,000 CHF / yearly
