What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide telephone assistance to clients abroad who need medical help or transport arrangements.
  • Be part of a stable and friendly team that operates 24/7, 365 days a year – we’re here to help people in need anytime, anywhere.
  • Register and manage cases in our internal system, handle the administration of insurance claims, and review documents related to travel insurance.
  • Enjoy varied and meaningful work – you’ll be helping people in difficult situations and giving them support when they need it most.
  • Use English (and possibly other languages) every day – you’ll communicate with customers from all over the world.

What you’ll bring:

  • Completed secondary education (high school diploma).
  • Good command of English (minimum level B2).
  • Strong communication skills, empathy and responsibility.
  • Interest in working in an international environment and willingness to work in rotating or irregular shifts.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with internet browsers.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • An additional foreign language and experience with phone communication are a plus.
