Responsibilities:

  • Assist management to support the claims team in daily claims operation, enquiry, and continuous claims process improvement
  • Assess and approve complicated claims
  • Monitor and control daily operations to be carried out smoothly
  • To ensure delivery of agreed service standards
  • To handle enquiries from distribution enquiry team, customer enquiry teams and complaint team
  • Review staff performance, develop and monitor plan for staff development
  • Drive and oversee plans for system modifications and to continue meeting, improving and anticipating customer needs and developing relationship with agency force
  • Implement continuous claims process improvement to strive for operational efficiency
  • Provide training to claim colleagues and other internal staff so as to uplift their claims knowledge
  • Review and revise internal claims manuals, guidelines and practices
  • To assist in all operational and project issues

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • University graduate or above with FLMI or equivalent
  • At least 8-years' experience in Claims with at least 3 years in management position
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Claims
  • Customer Centric minded and good communication skill
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, patient, cheerful and positive
  • High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.

Salary

600,000 - 900,000 HKD / yearly

Skills Required

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of Claimsintermediate

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantageintermediate
