Responsibilities:

• Support the development of different data science initiatives, including deep learning models and statistically advanced model scripts, to support data science and analytics initiatives on AI.
• Support the development of LLM-related projects, eg, Knowledge Bot, Document Understanding, etc.
• Support C360 Datamart enhancement and maintenance.
• Monitor and enhance the performance and effectiveness of existing models in production.
• Manage BI solution development and implementation for various MI reporting using Power BI.
• Deliver insights from the data visualization process from a customer-centric approach.
• Work on Data Science projects with different stakeholders to expand the data science discipline into the business application spectrum.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or advanced degree qualification in related subjects, e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Maths, etc.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the data analytics field as a statistician/analyst/data scientist.
• Have experience with Azure and Databricks, which will be a plus.
• Have hands-on experience in RAG design and implementation.
• Have hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow, PyTorch.
• Good knowledge of the model development process like data cleansing, feature engineering, model training, and validation, and have a good understanding of the algorithms behind.
• Familiar with data science libraries like Pandas, Spark, Numpy, Scikit-learn, etc.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Have experience in web programming, which will be a plus.
• Previous exposure to/knowledge of the instance industry will be an asset.
• Proactive and with a can-do attitude.
• Good command of English, Cantonese/Mandarin.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as a Manager position
