Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process sales opportunities received from various channels, ensuring proper assignment to the distribution teams for follow-up.
  • Handle inquiries from distribution partners and internal stakeholders promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports to monitor sales opportunity performance across channels, providing insights and actionable recommendations to the manager and stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of customer-facing campaigns and promotional activities under the guidance of the Team Lead.
  • Create and analyse campaign tracking reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support, including sourcing gift rewards, managing inventory, and distributing coupons.
  • Organize and support onsite events with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications:

  • Higher Diploma or above qualification
  • Fresh graduates with a keen interest in starting a career in the insurance industry are welcome
  • Previous experience working with insurance agents or in back-office roles is a plus
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and share ideas
  • Strong ability to work with data, create reports, and extract meaningful insights
  • Excellent team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt across a diverse workload
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Salary

18,000 - 25,000 HKD / yearly
