1.    Technically advanced project management and oversee to ensure availability of Bancassurance application, data and report analysis for management decision and drive performance management to achieve business solutions within project guidelines and productivity and APE both by KTB structure and sales structure and achieve business solutions within project guidelines
2.    Evaluate, supervise, and analyze implementation and utilization of reports and any other tools of sales activity management to maximize activity ratio by harmonized system development and sales activity management to maximize and utilize database and reports to align with sales activity management and implement into practice.
3.    Strategically initiate to develop and design of business process improvement in Bancassurance, always find the opportunity of sale-force programs improvement in order to support sale team to achieve NB and persistency rate by ensure understanding & utilization any other system of sales activity management  to accelerate activity ratio and increase higher productivity.

•    Graduate in Computer Science, MIS or Information technology or any related field
•    At least 5 years work experience in Life Insurance Business
•    At least 2 years work experience on managing team with diversify skilled people
•    Having Project Management skill
•    Strong Computer literate with some knowledge of spreadsheets and database development and management 
•    Having a process minded to understand concept of designing a business report, e.g. Crystal report, SQL, MS Access report
•    Understanding of sales force structure and behavior
•    Highly numerate and have a keen eye for detail.
•    Team Management and people development and cross functional skill
•    Willing to learn and be innovative
