Responsibilities:

 

- Responsible for Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud development.

- Solid & proven (7+ years) experiences in development for Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.

- Coach junior team members to perform customization development with solid understanding of best practices in DevOps manner.

- Support Scrum Masters & Project Managers in managing scope, schedule, and cost throughout the project delivery lifecycle.

- Seasoned Agile & DevOps practitioner.

- Relevant Salesforce qualifications such as Developer/Administrator is required.

- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud & Marketing Cloud hands-on experiences & certification(s) will be a plus.

- Experiences in insurance industry will be a plus.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

- University degree in Computer Science or related fields.

- A minimum of 3 years experience in IT solution delivery. Preferably from consulting, insurance & financial services field. - Proven experience in managing both external vendors and in-house development team to ensure business requirements can be delivered with the compliance of internal quality standards

- Extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud / Salesforce Experience Cloud development including data modelling, Apex Programming, Lightning component development, low-code / no-code configurations

- Solid knowledge of the core capabilities of Salesforce, security setup in Salesforce, integration patterns available for Salesforce as well as Salesforce platform limitations

- Knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS etc

- Knowledge of Git, GitHub, GitHub flow, build & Release management - Experience in various domains of insurance solution delivery (for example, distributor portal, business intelligence, CRM etc).

- Basic understanding of public cloud services (ideally Microsoft Azure / Amazon AWS) is definitely an advantage

- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is definitely an advantage

- Basic knowledge of Scrum / Agile methodologies

- Ability to clearly articulate / communicate the solution design and the detailed work plans with different teams and stakeholders - Strong inter-personal and presentation skills
