Meet the agreed service level standards in supporting Agency channel’s branch operational requirements related to New Business processing, collection, after-sales transactions, and proper office administration, towards the achievement of Agency channel’s sales targets:

  • Processing of branch transactions within the agreed service level standards
  • Accurate and timely posting of premium collections
  • Meets customer satisfaction in processing after-sales transactions
  • Upkeep of branch office facilities
  • Distributor relationship

 

 

  • Graduate of any 4-year-course
  • Minimum 2 years experience in administrative or customer service functions
  • Background in insurance operational processes
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Communication Skills (oral and written)
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Analytical Skills
