About the job

Job purpose

As a Transformation Business Analyst , your main objective is to identify business needs, analyze processes, and support the design and implementation of digital , data & AI transformation initiatives. You act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.

 

Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

 

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed business requirements. Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Solution Design & Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design process improvements, system enhancements, and new solutions..
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors; and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support Change Management & Adoption: Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Project Support & Delivery: Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and tracking ; and support testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor project outcomes ; Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends.

 

 

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience of minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in transformation or change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with process modeling, requirements management tools, and project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and techniques
  • Business acumen and customer oriented.
  • Autonomy, curiosity, and innovation capability
  • English — fluent in speaking and writing — mandatory
  • Work experience in an international environment is a plus
  • Strong interest for AI technologies and ability to stay updated with new technologies.
