Reporting to Branch Manager, Business Development Staff is responsible to develop profitable new businesses as well as maintain relationship and seek possibilities to widen the agencies channels and brokers, as well as improve the standard level of service, in order to achieve annual objective and support branch target- Completion of diploma or bachelor's or degree at an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 2+ years experience in similar role in a general insurance company
- Have a good communication skills, networking, achievement orientation and focus on customer orientation
- Strong leadership behavior
- AAAIK qualification or other relevant professional qualification
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
