Responsibilities:

 

 

 

 

  • Create a robust security framework that addresses cybersecurity, physical security, risk management and incident response.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategy and programs that aligns with the organization strategic goals and objectives for the AXA Hong Kong & Macau.
  • Identify vulnerabilities, evaluate potential security risks and threats to the organization and develop appropriate mitigation strategies to enhance the organization's security posture.
  • Act as key advisor to senior management and company on security related matters.
  • Collaborate with Group Security to determine security requirements and develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with AXA Group standards.
  • Conduct ongoing security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities in the organization's infrastructure, processes, and systems, and recommend remediation measures.
  • Manage and oversee physical security measures, including access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response plans.
  • Lead security incident response planning and execution, including coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver effective security awareness training programs to build a strong security culture for the organization.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

 

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years’ proven work experience in a senior security leadership role, preferably as a CSO or a similar capacity with sound knowledge in managing security matters in Hong Kong & Macau.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge and understanding of security frameworks, standards, and protocols such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or related are strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and responding to security incidents and conducting investigations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving, with the ability to assess risks, think critically, and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership skills and communication skills, with the ability effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

1,200,000 - 2,500,000 HKD / yearly
