Job purpose

 

The Cloud Broker department is tasked with leading and facilitating the adoption of AXA GO cloud products within the unique contexts of AXA business entities. Our team serves as a vital intermediary, bridging the needs of AXA entities seeking to understand, adopt, and operate AXA GO products, and the Cloud Products teams responsible for designing and delivering these solutions.

 

Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

  • Partnership and Advisory: Act as the primary point of contact for AXA entities, providing guidance on selecting the most suitable cloud solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Expert Support: Offer expertise to assist AXA entities in managing their cloud platforms, including IaaS and PaaS account management, as well as DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
  • Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of AXA cloud products within local entities, ensuring comprehensive technical onboarding and managing both organizational and financial impacts.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide expert technical support to AXA entities in the successful delivery of their business projects.
  • Value Creation: Generate value to enhance the execution of IT programs.
  • Governance and Optimization: Ensure effective governance with AXA entities to monitor, optimize, and bill cloud consumption (FinOps), in collaboration with the Cloud Business Office.

 

 

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

 

Experience

  • Multi-year experience in large organization
  • One or multiple experience on Cloud technologies

 

Technical skills

 

  • Strong knowledge of cloud environments, specifically AWS and Azure
  • Proficient in container technologies, including Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Understanding of security principles applicable to cloud environments (CIS benchmarks).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of cloud architecture principles as outlined in the Cloud Architecture Framework.
  • Good understanding of application engineering principles, including DevOps, CI/CD, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Soft skills / transversal skills

 

  • Ability to work effectively within a global team and thrive in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
  • Cost awareness and management in cloud environments.
  • Customer-focused mindset, prioritizing client needs and satisfaction.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and open-mindedness to adapt to changing environments and requirements.

Salary

180,000 - 300,000 MYR / yearly
