What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage complaints and requests from internal and external clients within the travel sector.
  • Register, control, and resolve incidents collaboratively with other impacted departments.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs established by clients and regulatory authorities.
  • Identify areas for improvement through root cause analysis, focusing on the Customer First value.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to enhance processes and services.
  • Perform other duties related to the evolution of the role and organization.

What you’ll bring:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Italian or French and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
  • Previous experience in claims management and technical knowledge is a plus.
  • Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and other digital platforms.
  • Customer-driven attitude, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work well in a team and a focus on continuous improvement.

Salary

26,000 - 35,000 EUR / yearly

Skills Required

  • Fluent in Italian or French and Spanish, both spoken and written.intermediate
