Job Purpose

Develop, implement and manage Company compliance framework to protect the Company reputation and ensure that it operates in the highest standards of compliance in accordance with local and regional regulatory requirements.

 

Critical Accountabilities

1. Data Privacy - Promotes and implements compliance with regulatory and reportorial require-ments

• Monitors compliance with Data Privacy Act of 2012, its IRR and issuances, and other applicable laws and policies.
• Reviews and approves privacy-related agreements and assessments
• Ensures incidents or breaches are man-aged per the Data Breach Management Process and DPA IRR.
• Formulates, reviews, modifies, dissemi-nates and implements privacy related programs, guidelines and policies of the Company
• Ensures implementation of action plans from privacy related assessments and audits.
• Acts as Data Protection Officer of the Company with roles and responsibilities enumerated under the AXA Group DP Policy, DPA and its IRR and related poli-cies and guidelines.

 

2. Compliance Risk Management

• Identifies compliance risks, formulate actions, monitor implementation of these actions with business units and report to management and the BOD
• Works with Risk Management team to monitor and guide process owners in mit-igating compliance risk

 

3. Regulator reviews

• Manages regulatory examinations, inter-nal and AXA Group audit reviews
• Implements, monitors and report identi-fied action plans in case of recommenda-tions or findings

 

4. AXA Group Standards compliance

• Manages and coordinates with the busi-ness units compliance with Group Stand-ards
• Monitors and reports results of certifica-tions to the President and CEO

 

5. Incidents and Breaches Monitoring

• Ensures that incidents or breach-es are captured. Ensures that the actions plans are also responding to the issues identified and that these plans are moni-tored, tracked and reported to the man-agement.

• Law degree
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience
• Strong background in regulatory environment, relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
• Detail-oriented, high level of organizational skills
• Able to do problem-solving functions
• A team- player
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Communication skills (oral and written)
• Analytical Skills
• People Skills
• Technical writing skills
