The AXA Partners Compliance Officer is responsible for assisting the Compliance Function in implementing and ensuring a robust and effective compliance function across all business units within AXA Partners. The Compliance Officer will work as part of the Central Compliance team to implement policies and procedures and ensure delivery of the annual Compliance Plan. As part of the AXA Partners Compliance Team, the Compliance Officer will also work on Global projects across all Geographies and Business Units.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Assist the Compliance Function in implementing and sustaining a robust compliance function across all AXA Partners business units; ensure delivery of the Annual Compliance Plan; contribute to Global projects across geographies.

 

You’ll work within a Central Compliance team driving policy implementation and cross-geography collaboration to foster a One AXA Partners compliance culture.

 

Main missions:

    • Roll out centrally driven Compliance Plan across all business units.
    • Maintain a strong presence in the business to cultivate a robust Compliance Culture.
    • Drive business compliance with applicable local regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in assessment, monitoring and quantification of Regulatory and Compliance risks.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant Group Standards requirements.
    • Escalate issues and matters requiring approval centrally.
    • Report to ARCC and other stakeholders as required.
    • Lead or support Special Projects as required.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Core requirements:
    • 3+ years in Compliance, Complaints, Audit or Risk in a regulated environment or insurance group.
    • Ability to travel to business operations to oversee local programs.
    • Strong understanding of Insurance products and distribution models.
    • Knowledge of insurance regulatory framework.
    • Fluent English (written and spoken).
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
    • Commercial acumen with the ability to influence with integrity.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Nice-to-have / bonus:
    • Experience with regulatory change programs across multiple geographies.
    • Prior involvement in Global Compliance projects.
    • Knowledge of Group Standards and AXA’s governance frameworks.

45,000 - 65,000 EUR / yearly
