What you’ll be doing:

• Serve as the expert and primary contact for all data privacy (DP) and AI compliance matters.
• Support the review and update of data privacy and AI compliance processes to ensure legal adherence.
• Promote awareness of data privacy and AI compliance through training and internal communication.
• Monitor and oversee AXA Partners’ data processing activities, information systems, and personal data security needs.
• Conduct privacy and AI risk assessments; develop mitigation plans for identified risks
• Assist in monitoring data privacy controls, processes, and reporting, including data deletion procedures
• Support communication with data protection authorities in CEE countries incl. reporting of breaches in data privacy area
• Handle data subject's submissions

​What you’ll bring:

• University degree in the law faculty
• Qualified lawyer with at least 1-2 year of practical experience with law's application
• Practical data privacy experience (desirable)
• Knowledge and interest in AI and its impact on data and privacy (desirable)
• Effective communication skills in Czech and English for all management levels
• Ability to manage relationships across teams, entities, and countries
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about data privacy and AI topics
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
