Job position pitch

 

Identity Global Products (IGP) Line is part of Group CIO Division within AXA Group Operations.

IGP is mandated to design, implement, deploy, and operate globally shared products in the following areas:

  • Identity Management and Provisioning
  • Access Management (Corporate & Customer) and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)
  • Active Directory (Group and Local)

 

 

About the job

Job purpose

 

We are looking for a DevOps Expert with the purposes of:

 

  • Defining, applying, and promoting software development and configuration management best practices.
  • Evaluating, controlling, and reporting on Development practices maturity status vs target.
  • Contributing to Agile transformation of the team.

 

 

Main missions

Your responsibilities include:

 

 

  • Leading the design, implementation, and improvement of software development practices, including CI-CD, backup/restore, testing, observability.
  • Promoting the adoption of DevOps practices to automate and optimize operational processes.
  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure continuous integration, automated testing, and continuous deployment.
  • Working alongside a Release Manager to define the release schedule and practices.
  • Developing strategies to enhance code quality, security, and application performance.
  • Implementing or improving automation tools and self-service APIs.
  • Alongside dedicated AXA teams, conducting technological watch and recommending suitable tools and solutions to meet development and operational needs.

 

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

 

Technical skills

 

  • Expertise in one or several scripting languages: Python, Powershell
  • Expertise in Kubernetes / OpenShift
  • Knowledge in Infrastructure as Code solutions such as Terraform, ArgoCD
  • Knowledge in one or several application development languages: .NET, Java
  • Experience in development projects related to Information Security
  • Knowledge in any of these components are a plus: Saviynt, Ping Identity, Microsoft Active Directory
  • Knowledge of infrastructure (Linux, Windows and network)
  • Knowledge of ITIL concepts and practices.

 

Soft skills / transversal skills

 

  • Ability to communicate and negotiate in an international / multi-cultural environment.
  • People management experience is not mandatory but a plus.
  • “Service-oriented” person with skills in managing client relationships: requirements, delivery, quality of service…
  • Management of priorities and complex situations with multiple stakeholders (IAM, AXA GO teams, AXA entities…) while keeping good relationships.
  • Analytical skills to help drive the “continuous improvement” objective of the products towards a global shared service.
  • Fluent written & spoken English and a second language a plus.
