Responsibilities:

  • Collaboratively work with peers and product owner to understand the context, business rationale and value for the project
  • Work on gathering requirements from various stakeholders by understanding detailed business needs, operation and backend workflows
  • Document business requirements, process maps and user journeys; based on various inputs from business stakeholders
  • Prepare and review relevant written material for assigned projects as required Work with UI / UX team to define the user journeys, wireframes & prototype, and liaise with relevant stakeholders for reviews and approvals
  • Write & document user stories in accordance with business needs & requirements; including collaborating with analytics team for tracking needs, and working on end-to-end flows, data passing and reporting requirements and defining acceptance criteria
  • Work closely & participate in Scrum Team (under Agile methodology) to contribute to overall feature delivery
  • Participate in daily standup meetings and any ad-hoc ones
  • Participate to bi-weekly backlog grooming and sprint planning meetings with Scrum Team, and relay user stories briefing
  • Participate to demo & retrospective sessions
  • Prepare UAT testing plan and collaborate with IT Testing team
  • Create test cases (functional, non-functional & UI) based on user stories and identify test data
  • Execute the test cases (UAT and BVT), capture evidence and raise defects and follow up with IT team on resolution
  • Handle BAU activities related to eCommerce/Website/Digital Partnership platforms:
    • Updating content as and when required and maintain web publishing by using Content Management System
    • Creating discount and marketing campaigns in Campaign Management tool based on business needs
    • Supporting daily operations workflows and requests where necessary (related to payment, policy issuance, etc)
    • Supporting production incidents in close collaboration with IT Support & Maintenance team and vendor and ensuring communications and support to internal stakeholders
  • Update & maintain documentation and where relevant training materials towards internal stakeholders

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing or relevant disciplines
  • 2 or more years of working experience in Digital Business Analysis, Digital transformation and/or co-ordination or Project management Agile methodology experience is an advantage
  • Experience in insurance or financial service industry will be an advantage
  • Tech savvy, passionate about digital journeys; eager to learn and adapt to new tools and technology
  • Good analytical capabilities and flexible, can quickly adapt to deal with new projects and dig deeper into relevant business and IT knowledge
  • Strong communication skills for navigating through business requirements, ability to involve others in discussions of alternatives, asking for their suggestions and steering them to a mutually acceptable position
  • Multitasking and feeling comfortable to manage multiple projects at any time
  • Able to work proactively and under pressure against multiple deadlines
  • Good team player to work in a diverse team as well as collaborate cross-functionally
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English

Salary

360,000 - 600,000 HKD / yearly
