Training and Performance Analytics Manager to lead the measurement and evaluation of our learning programs and performance initiatives. Major functions include designing of performance dashboards, analyze training effectiveness, and deliver insights that drive continuous improvement in distributor activation, performance trends, and learning impact to support strategic decisions and improve distributor and sales manager productivity.
Contest Design and Review (Specific to Training Initiatives) | Work closely with Strategies and Performance Senior Manager in : - Pre-contest simulation and cost-benefit analysis of planned initiatives/contests | cost-benefit analysis, projected qualifiers, recommended gates, recommendation to stop/continue/improve | actual costs of some contests not yet final and not yet booked even if the contest is already done; |
Monthly Production Report | - Prepare the monthly production report and achievement of variable pay targets for all sales level (FE, SM, RSH, NSD) - Adjust all approved exception cases impacting the production report and achievement of variable pay | Production report and variable pay hitters |

Monthly Business Review | - Prepare the Distribution section of the MBR template from Group | Filled out excel template |
