MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The eCommerce Business Director is primarily responsible for achieving the eCommerce business objectives of generating online leads for offline sales conversion (O2O) as well as the targets for online straight-through purchases (STP). He or she will manage a team to deliver end-to-end online marketing activities including strategy development, campaign execution, analytics, and performance marketing. In collaboration with the Distribution/Sales Team, he/she and his/her team are also responsible for achieving sales conversion targets for O2O. The scope also includes identifying and pursuing partners to help achieve business targets and grow the business.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Drive growth of the e-commerce business
· Online leads acquisition and conversion for O2O
· Online sales generation for STP
· Online leads nurturing
· Digital performance marketing from top to bottom of the funnel
· Digital campaign management and analytics
· Collaboration with Distribution to achieve sales targets
· Drive e-commerce platform transformation in collaboration with the involved cross-functional teams
· Lead and motivate direct reports and peers
· Manage relevant internal and external stakeholders including supporting functions within AXA, senior management, AXA Region and Group, creative and media agency partners, other third party partners and vendors, etc.
· Provide the necessary leadership for digital marketing strategies, campaign creation/development/execution to support e-commerce business goals
· Manage all relevant stakeholders in the entity (including senior management), and when needed AMO and Group;
· Manage the ecommerce marketing budget and optimize spend and allocation according to business objectives
