  • Group Security: protects employees, our stakeholders and the AXA brand by securing information and managing cybersecurity, physical security and operational resilience;
  • Group IT Services and Group CIO : define AXA's overall IT strategy; promote IT convergence within entities and provide them with shared services;
  • Group Emerging Technology and Data: defines the Group's data maturity ambitions; builds and manages the community; conducts research and expertise; assists less mature entities in terms of data; identifies cutting-edge technologies and develops disruptive ones for entities; creates use cases on specific technologies with entities;
  • Group Procurement and Sourcing : defines AXA's purchasing strategy, its guidelines and Group standards; manages relationships with our strategic suppliers and accelerates business purchasing;
  • GO Strategy/Finance & Group Strategic Project Management : ensures the consistency of global projects with the Group's strategy; ensures the implementation and performance of strategic projects;

Main missions

  • YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION

In this context, you will join the Security Strategy & Awareness department within Group Security. Reporting to the Head of Security Strategy & Awareness, your main missions will be to:

 

    • Accompany and support the strategic intelligence project on the evolution of the threat and security-related regulations for Group Security:
      • Source identification and analysis
      • Design and writing of deliverables in English (reports, briefings, presentations)
      • Writing and contribution to security briefings
      • Development of anticipation and intelligence skills of teams
      • Preparation of anticipatory scenarios
      • Support for community management (e.g., Intelligence & Anticipation, Security Public Affairs)

 

    • Contribute to other team activities:
      • Préparation d’articles pour les newsletters de Group Security (e.g., News Roundup, One Security Newsletter, AXA Security Newsletter).
      • Accompany and support AXA Group Security's Thought Leadership activities, e.g., coordinate the necessary actions in our external engagements and align stakeholders, identify all opportunities and share them internally/externally to enhance AXA's contribution
      • Support for activities related to the 2027-2029 security strategy
      • Support for the team's research projects on cybersecurity issues, new technologies and potential threats.
