What you’ll be doing:

  • Define and structure the local data strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead the Local Data Committee and manage a portfolio of initiatives to drive data strategy.
  • Deploy and maintain a comprehensive Data Management framework, ensuring compliance with security, legal, and data privacy standards.
  • Oversee the extraction, modeling, and sharing of data assets to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Design, create, and maintain analytical solutions that meet business needs while adhering to established standards.
  • Monitor and promote the business value delivered from data initiatives through effective documentation and communication.
  • Identify and support the upskilling and training of local users on data practices.
  • Manage and mentor a skilled team of Data Managers, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

What you'll bring:

  • Master’s degree in business Intelligence with a focus on Big Data.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a production BI environment, with expertise in data warehousing and analytics projects in large-scale organizations.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-skilled data teams and coordinating stakeholders across various backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical skills, with fluency in core analytics tools and techniques.
  • Excellent project and people management skills, with the ability to turn complex issues into actionable initiatives.
  • A customer-centric mindset, complemented by strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and working within multicultural environments.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus; experience in the insurance or banking sector is also advantageous.

  • Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000
  • Annual Company & Performance based discretionary Bonus up to 15%
