MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: |
Reponsible for all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Provide strategic insights, to drive, and support decision-making processes. Should possess strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior and executive leadership team. |

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: |
· Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. · Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making and strategic initiatives. · Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. · Partner with senior and executive leadership team to develop annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets. · Monitor and Report Key Performance Indicators of the Company to Executive Leadership Team including proposed action items to address current gaps/challenges · Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial planning and analysis to ensure compliance and relevance. |

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: |
· CPA, Actuarial or Investment designation · Has 5 years experience in the insurance industry · Proven experience in financial planning and analysis · Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial analysis. · Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively. · Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable recommendations. · Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. |
