We are seeking an IAM Operations Expert to coordinate identity and access management activities. You will play a vital role in managing non-personal accounts, ensuring IAM principles and security requirements are consistently enforced, and supporting stakeholder engagement to maintain a secure and compliant IAM ecosystem.
- Manage the creation of non-personal accounts (Active Directory, UAB, authorizations), ensuring clear ownership and compliance with IAM blueprints. Oversee the onboarding of these accounts into SailPoint IIQ and CyberArk, aligning application identities accurately with system accounts.
- Maintain application security files and IT roles and entitlements within SailPoint IIQ, ensuring accurate asset modeling.
- Liaise with IAM engineering teams to ensure enforcement at the IdP level aligns with IT roles and entitlements.
- Collaborate with Security Officers and Product Owners to perform Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) configuration based on IAM architecture blueprints.
- Create and validate necessary entitlements in target systems, ensuring proper access controls.
- Challenge stakeholders on the granularity of entitlements, ensuring comprehensive coverage and avoiding oversight.
- Ensure the secure delivery of credentials to account owners, supporting security best practices.
- Enhance functionalities of CyberArk and other credential management tools.
- Enforce IAM principles and security requirements across all account management activities.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of standards such as OIDC, SAML, OAuth.
- Familiarity with asset modeling, entitlements, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English, both oral and written.
