Responsibilities

·         Manages the renewal premiums of customers from all channels

·         Develops programs and processes to encourage engagement and payment, ensuring longevity and customer lifetime value

·         Uses both qualitative and quantitative information to derive insights to run the business and should fully understand the customers' motivators and tendencies in relation to our business KPIs

·         Tracks the metrics of persistency and longevity and identifies drivers and ways to extend this.

·         Puts forward the agenda and importance of customer quality for the sustainability of the customer and their policies

·         Good ear on the ground to know factors pertaining to persistency and retention as well as premium payments 

·         Identify big plays and strategies so all efforts are guided by a macro view

·         Does the following as well:

o    Root-cause analysis

o    Dashboard maintenance and report generation

o    Furnishing presentation and storytelling

o    Generate mechanics and tracking of campaigns (may include Retail Distribution as well as direct-to-customer projects)

o    Maintains coordination with Data Analytics to enrich what we know of our base

·         Renewal Premium of Customers

  • Product/Brand Marketing or Actuarial Management
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Insurance or financial services background is preferred
