Job Purpose

The role will be responsible for:

§   Manage, execute, analyze and present tracking and adhoc insightful reports for assigned business partners

§   Manage community engagement for members of online panel, MyAXA Café

§   Scoping out the latest target market, industry and competitor updates and trends that could potentially transform AXA’s business and articulating key implications for the company to consider

§   Ensuring the smooth flow and timely deployment of projects

§   Other research tasks that maybe assigned

Manage assigned tracking study

·         Manage quarterly Brand Health or Brand Preference Tracking (BPT) study

·         Work with research agency partner who manages set up and deployment of BPT

·         Gather supporting information (local media agencies/ partner research agency) to fulfill additional analysis needs of requestor

 

·         Delivery and cascade of quarterly BPT Report

 

 

  Collaboration with relevant Internal Stakeholders

  Management of partner research agencies

Business partner for Protection and Health, Brand Marketing and Communications, Ecommerce, Distribution and Transformation & Technology departments

·         Engage with the assigned stakeholders to ensure research needs are addressed and to help business partners address their business goals

·         Manage, execute and analyze assigned adhoc studies (from set up of surveys or facilitating FGD/IDI until report writing/ presentation)

 

·         Completed adhoc reports for assigned business partners and ensure timely and quality output 

·         Presents and simplifies market research results and analyses that are easily understood by the stakeholders 

 

  Collaboration with relevant Internal Stakeholders

  Management of partner research agencies (if commissioned externally)

MyAXA Café Engagement

·         In coordination with MyAXA Café provider, manage and deploy monthly content/ engagement post within community platform 

·         Manage, deploy and analyze research requests based on MyAXA Café research calendar  

 

 

·         As aligned with MyAXA Café agency partner, monthly content and engagement activities on the community platform  

·         Completed adhoc researches (deployed using MyAXA Café member responses) 

  Collaboration with partner research agency who manages MyAXA Café platform 

Market/ Customer/ Competitive scan

·         Monitor and track customer and industry activities, trends and development that are relevant to AXA’s overall strategy 

·         Prepare comprehensive reports with actionable implications for dissemination to relevant stakeholders 

 

·         Regular report to be shared across AXA

            Must have at least 3-4 years of experience in Market Research preferably from the agency side and client side (equivalent position from research agency: Senior Executive)

            Intermediate knowledge on qualitative research methodologies (set up, fieldwork and reporting of IDIs, FGDs)

            Strong analytical skills and communication skills

 

Relevant Experience  

Educational Qualifications

 

   Working with multiple teams with varied research business requirements

Familiarity with online survey collection platforms, market intelligence tools is a plus

Experience in project management is a plus

            Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication Research and other relevant fields
